I. LET’S CHAT

We take the time to listen to your story and vision and to work with you or your wedding planner throughout the process. We start with an in person meeting or a phone call to kick off the process.

II. IDEAS

7-9 business days

Mood boards and sketches are a great way to visually communicate your personal style. Our design style is minimal, romantic, and delicate. Send us your Pinterest board and share your vision by filling out this form.

After we chat, we will provide you with a proposal round with options and estimates.

III. DESIGN AND COLLABORATION

3-6 weeks

Once we start working together, we will send you preliminary designs and sketches. We will then go through up to 5 rounds of client comment and focused design refinement. This part of the process is critical: adapting the design based on your feedback is the best way to ensure that we have captured your vision and that you will love your finished invitations. We are committed to working with you until you are completely satisfied.

 

V. PRODUCTION

4-6 weeks

Once you sign off on the final digital proofs, we will begin the production process. No changes will be possible after the proofs have been approved by you verbally or in writing.

After we receive the invitations from the printer, we will inspect them carefully to ensure the highest quality. When all checks have been passed, a beautiful final product will be shipped directly to you!

V. INVESTMENT

Our custom invitation suites are created with passion, care, and the utmost attention to detail. The design is collaborative, one-of-a-kind, the materials are sourced ethically, and your final invitations are assembled by hand. Due to the customized nature of the product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds of any kind.

The average investment is $12,000. We require a 50% deposit to begin work; the final payment is due upon sign off. Shipping costs will apply.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

I. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

Custom orders can take approximately 6 to 8 weeks depending on the printing techniques. We recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure that your invitations are ready in plenty of time.

II. WHEN SHOULD I SEND OUT MY ITEMS?

SAVE THE DATES
6 to 8 months prior to your wedding date

WEDDING INVITATIONS
6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date

DESTINATION INVITATIONS
3 to 4 months prior to your wedding date

INTERNATIONAL WEDDINGS
3 to 6 months before the wedding.

III. HOW MANY INVITATIONS SHOULD I ORDER?

When determining how many invitations you will need, be sure to account for addresses rather than individuals. Additional reprints are costly after your design is approved and printed, it is best to determine your needed quantity and then add 20% extra for last minute additions and keepsakes.

 

IV. CAN MY PROJECT BE RUSHED?

Yes, you may request that your project be rushed. Please contact us as soon as possible with your requested completion date. If your desired date is possible, an additional fee will be added to your total to accommodate the rush order.

V. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT GETS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL?

We put a lot of thought into how we package our products; however, if your items do arrive damaged please let us know within 48 hours of receipt so that we can investigate the matter. We are not liable for damage incurred during shipping, and if the damage is due to causes outside our control we will not be held responsible. We purchase insurance for all of our shipments, so if you would like a reprint you will not need to pay for replacement materials, only for the printing fees and re-shipment. Express shipping options are recommended if a re-print is requested.

VI. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We work with clients all over the world.

Estimated delivery dates for international orders vary by country, but on average international priority shipping takes 2-3 weeks and international express shipping takes one week.
